In 2021 and in January 2022, a total of four training sessions in communication were held for workers of the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic, two of them online and two in person. In cooperation with the NVC Association from Brno, the participants were trained in the method of non-violent communication; more details are in the article Better Communication Is the Basis for Better Cooperation.

První školení o komunikaci pro pracovníky Agentury ochrany přírody a krajiny ČR se uskutečnilo online v dubnu 2021.

The first training in communication for the NCA staff took place online in April 2021.

Následovalo školení, opět v online formě, v květnu 2021.

Another training session followed in May 2021, again in online form.

Pražské školení v říjnu 2021 přineslo konečně osobní setkání.

The Prague training session in October 2021 was finally in person.

Learning the non-violent communication principles is best done with practice. Under the guidance of Petr Holík, a NVC Association trainer, groups prepare role-plays of a typical communication situation in which they would use non-violent communication.

And this is what a human looks like according to the non-violent communication theory: an iceberg from which we can only see the surface.

The Brno training took place in the educational premises of the Lipka, organization focusing on environmental education, in person.
